UK Orders
All bespoke pieces and Staples are shipped within the UK via DHL Express Delivery, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and securely.
International Orders
We ship to Europe, the USA, Canada, and worldwide using DHL Express Delivery for fast and fully tracked service.
London Orders
If you’re based in London, we are happy to provide a quote for a same-day courier service, or you can arrange to collect your order in person from our studio in Hatton Garden.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply once your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or cover these fees, and any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
For all orders shipped outside the UK, prices are shown and charged exclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax).
This means international clients will not pay UK VAT at checkout. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
As every country has different import rules and thresholds, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you would like an estimate of any potential charges before placing your order. All bespoke pieces are made to order and therefore non-refundable.
For Staples items (excluding earrings), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to refund import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international returns.
