How long does it take to make a bespoke engagement ring?
- A bespoke ring typically takes 8-10 weeks to create:
- Design process: 3–4 weeks
- Production: 3–4 weeks
How much does a bespoke engagement ring cost?
Prices start at £15,000. Re-working gemstones into a new ring starts at £5,000.
Can you resize my bespoke ring?
We offer free resizing within five years of purchase for rings designed by us, provided you have proof of purchase. We cannot resize rings we have not designed.
Can my bespoke piece be engraved?
Yes, we offer complimentary engraving for all bespoke pieces. Simply let us know during the design phase.
How do I clean my bespoke jewellery?
Use a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water for most stones. A baby’s toothbrush and a small amount of mild soap (like Fairy liquid) works well. Leave to air dry on a clean cloth.
Softer stones such as emeralds or pearls should avoid water and soap; instead, polish gently with a soft cloth.

STAPLES COLLECTION
What is the Staples Collection?
The Staples Collection features ready-to-wear pieces designed to be timeless, versatile, and stackable. Each piece is crafted with the same care as our bespoke jewellery, using lab-grown or natural diamonds and 18k gold.
Can I return or exchange Staples items?
Yes, all Staples pieces (excluding earrings) can be returned within 14 days if unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I order Staples jewellery in different sizes or metals?
Yes, most Staples pieces are available in 18k white or yellow gold, with different diamond sizes. Please check the product page for options.
How do I care for Staples jewellery?
- Store in its original box or soft pouch when not worn.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth; for diamonds, a mild soapy water rinse is safe.
Do Staples pieces come with engraving?
Engraving is not offered on all Staples pieces, as they are ready-made for immediate wear. But it can be possible on some items, contact us to enquire.
Do Staples pieces come with certificates?
Our Staple pieces do not include certificates. Your order confirmation and invoice provide full details of your purchase and can typically be used for insurance or valuation purposes.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I find my ring size?
- Visit a local jewellers to have your finger measured accurately.
- Alternatively, order a ring sizer online and use an at-home ring size chart. Most rings are available in sizes H–T.
What metals can I choose from?
All pieces, bespoke or Staples, are crafted in 18k white or yellow gold.

International Orders, VAT & Customs
For all bespoke orders shipped outside the UK, prices are shown and charged exclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax).
This means international clients will not pay UK VAT at checkout. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
As every country has different import rules and thresholds, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you would like an estimate of any potential charges before placing your order.
